A glorious grove of mesquite trees graces this 3,600 square foot home in a 2.5 acre gated lot in the upscale neighborhood of El Mirador in San Miguel de Allende. With its dramatic design and park-like setting, the stunning light and bright home has breathtaking views of mesquites, mountains, the sparkling private pool and the waters of adjoining scenic Presa de San Miguel de Allende.

The home includes 3 bedrooms - one king, one queen and two double beds to comfortably sleep 8 adults. The master bathroom has a two-person jacuzzi hot tub. The swimming pool is completely private and heated with solar panels year around. An optional gas heater for the pool is available for $50 extra per day, though it is rarely needed. The rental includes a maid and full use of all kitchen utensils and basic food supplies - coffee, cream, sugar, condiments, etc. The lot includes a walking trail for a stroll and the terrace has dumbells and weight bars for excersing while enjoying the panoramic view of the mountains and neighboring lake.
