Perdido Bay Property in Orange Beach

Our bay house is located high on a bluff overlooking Bayou St. John
(the south end of Perdido Bay). We look across a mile of beautiful
water at Ono Island. Big deck under huge oak trees and magnolias.
200 foot pier with roofed area at end.

We have over seven acres of land and over 300 feet of frontage so
there is much privacy. Huge great room with a wall of glass
overlooking the bay. Complete kitchen. Screen porch for outside
dining or smoozing. Five bedrooms and two and one half baths.
First
floor has three bedrooms, one with two
twin beds, one with a bunk bed and one with two queen sized beds.
Upstairs one bedroom has two twin beds and the other has two queen
sized beds.

200 foot pier has shade, benches, table, fish cleaning table,
ladder, water, shower, lighting, fish lights and hammock. 7 feet
deep at end of pier. 10 feet of sand beach. Crab traps available.

House has linens, towels, plates, bowls, silver ware, pots and pans,
microwave and grill. There is a single car garage.

This is a great place for families looking to spend time together
fishing, swimming, crabbing, floundering or just lying in the
hammock
reading a book. Say NO to high rise condos and enjoy the coast as
it
was meant to be
