Vacation Rental Description

  Oceanfront top floor, top notch, condo with pool. Your vacation 
condo is located at the secluded north end of Carolina Beach with 
wide uncrowded beaches, a private walkway over the dunes, an 
oceanfront pool only shared by 12 condos.
  This lovely condo features an oceanfront master bedroom and living 
room each with sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking the pool 
and beach. The additional guest rooms have fabulous views of the 
harbor with boats going by and glorious sunsets. Each also has 
sliding glass doors to a rear deck offering everyone a space to 
themselves.

Vacation Rental Amenities

  The private oceanfront pool and walkway are yours to enjoy. The 
small complex offers an intimate location where memories of a 
lifetime are made. Your vacation home is complete with 2 queen size 
beds (deluxe mattresses), 2 twins (deluxe mattresses)
and a queen sleeper sofa. The new fully equiped kitchen has a 
dishwasher, smooth top stove, refrigerator with filtered ice/water 
in the door, disposal, deluxe washer and dryer. Three TV's with 
VCR/DVD and cable are also included. The decks are complete with 
tables and chairs for dining al fresco or relaxing with a good book.

Activities and Attractions

Carolina Beach offers a variety of water activities including 
kayaking, fishing, surfing, sailing, boating, & shell hunting. 
Excursions for deep sea fishing are at the harbor. The North 
Carolina Aquarium is at the south end of the island along with 
historical Fort Fisher, and a ferry boat ride will take you to 
Southport, a charming seaside village. Downtown Wilmington is only a 
20 minute ride offering museums, carrige rides, walking tours, the 
Battleship North Carolina, Charming shops at The Cotton Exchange, 
brick paved streets and an old time city market. Many festivals and 
street performers are also located in downtown.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season: $875 Per Week,  or $150 Per Night W/ 3 Night Minimum
Seasonal: (May 31 to September 6) $1,400 (Except July 4th week)
July 4th Week: ( June 28 To Jul 5) $1,450
Rates Includes Linens, Taxes And Cleaning
