To cook or not to cook? You'll find all you need to do either in this fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and cool white cabinets. Plenty of seating with a dining table for 6 and additional stools at the handy breakfast bar.

The carport with storage area is great for beach chairs and bikes. Full sized washer dryer in a private laundry room are part of the floorplan.

Tarpon Cove is a gated community providing an active Florida Lifestyle with ammenities such as swimming pools and tennis on site. As a guest of Tarpon Cove you may also have access to all the amenties of Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club across the street. A Tarpon Cove Yacht Club memebership which includes hourly ferry service to the beach, boat dockage, Club House with casual and formal dining, tennis and fitness center. Also enjoy the Tiki Bar by the pool on those hot Florida winter days. This is a very active club with organized activities and parties.

Seasonal rental fees are November through April @ $3,500. per month. with a $2,000. security deposit which is refundable.Rentals of 6 months or less will incur the Florida State and County tourist taxes of 10%.

Your application fee is $100.00 payable to Martinique at Tarpon Cove.

Annual rental fees for 12 full consecutive months are @$1600. per month with a $2000. security deposit which is refundable.

Less than 12 months terms are negotiable. Pets are prohibited for tenants.
