The Sunshine Ridge Guest House is located in a quiet valley near Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The guest house is a 6,000 sq. ft. log home on 40 acres overlooking the Four Mile Valley. Only 5 miles from Sunlight Mountain Resort and access to the White River National Forest, the house is a perfect base for winter and summer recreational activities. Restaurants, shopping, and the Hot Springs Pool are only a few minutes away in Glenwood Springs. Situated between Aspen and Vail, Glenwood Springs sits at the confluence of the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers. This is the heart of the Western Slope of the Rockies, making Sunshine Ridge a great location for a mountain vacation, reunion, or retreat.

Sunshine Ridge Guest House will accommodate 16-20 guests. The house has six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half baths, plus a trundle bed set and a queen size futon. The large gourmet kitchen opens to the dining room with seating for the entire party.

The lower level game room, in addition to a beautiful pool table, has a large screen TV and kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. A spacious upper deck and patio offer relaxing outdoor seating areas.

• For a Party of 16, our nightly rates are anywhere from $44 -$63 per person, depending on  the season.

As you consider accommodations for your group, please compare our rates to your other options.   Our per person prices are comparable to most hotels in the area, and Sunshine Ridge offers a huge, gourmet kitchen and great common areas for your group to gather.  Cooking at home also means saving money on eating out.  We’ve gone out of our way to insure you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation, at pricing that will make you wonder why you would ever go back to a hotel room.

• These rates above are for a maximum of 16 people. There is an extra charge for additional adults or children of $50 per person/per night. Please call for the weekly rate for additional people or gathering/meals for more than 16 people

• A deposit of 50% of the total monies due plus a security deposit is required at the time of booking by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or check.

• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booked within 60 days of arrival, the total is due, in full, at the time of booking.
