Welcome to Tranquility Cove, a 3 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished wheelchair accessible lakefront Home on Lake Hartwell. The home is located on a gently sloping lot on a quiet cove, minutes to the Savannah River Channel. Enjoy sitting on the screened porch and watching the deer come slowly by.  Bring your coffee to the dock and watch the sunrise and hear the fish jump. This home will comfortably sleep 7 people.  Includes HBO, wireless internet and unlimited calling in the USA.   Seasonal rental also available.

Sept - May  Rate:  $125 per night,  $650 week.  Clemson Football Weekends (two nights, $275 per night).

June - August : $150 per night, $950 a week. 

 $100 Cleaning Fee.

 $25 pet fee per pet

 $150 Refundable Security Deposit $200 w/pets

We accept credit cards via paypal, money orders and personal checks.

Seasonal/Monthly rental from $875 per month, utilities included (up to $200 electric), available Dec thru April.

We enjoyed our family time. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked. Quite street - beautiful area. Owners were great. We can't wait to go back when it is warm enough to really enjoy the water.

Football Getaway Weekend

You won't be fooled by this great place! We arrived on Friday a little before our 3pm check in time. A small glitch with the cleaning crew but a quick email was responded by the owner and the head cleaning lady was out and had the place ready to go within an hour and she did a fantastic job. The weather was not the best for using the dock or the lake during our stay, I sure hope we get some rain, poor Lake Hartwell can use it bad! We did enjoy having a bonfire down at the lake though. This house is well stocked especially in the kitchen. All of the bedrooms are great in size and very comfortable beds. We used the gas grill and it worked fine. A very quiet area and close to friends staying just up the street. Perfect for a Clemson football weekend with friends and upon returning from watching Clemson end Auburn's 17 game winning streak we wound down back at the home and grilled out some steaks we were sad to depart on Sunday. Will be back for sure.

Great Lake Get-Away

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-located Lake Hartwell home. Three adult couples were comfortably accomodated. The convenient boat ramp just across the cove and the great covered boat dock associated with this property allowed us to make the most of our lake time. We were able to easily provision the boat, and hop in and enjoy a full day of boating and watersports. (We even managed to enjoy the first Clemson football game of the year from our boat!).

As for the house, the kitchen is roomy, and well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Everyone enjoyed the screened porch (complete with dining table) as well as an open deck area. We were also happy to find a nice gas grill and a Weber kettle. There was ample parking and it was nice having a fenced yard as well.

We didn't pay close enough attention to the fine print, and thus missed the fact that certain supplies were not provided (i.e. coffee filters, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry detergent) so we had to take time out to run get those things we would have brought with us. Not a complaint, just a "heads-up" for other's to make sure you bring these items with you.

The owners were responsive and helpful during the booking process, and they also refunded our security deposit very quickly. The house was clean and ready when promised.

We had a great Labor Day weekend at the lake at this nice home and would highly recommend it to others looking for a Lake Hartwell get-away.
