Reservations are void unless paid as below:

Deposit: 1/2 rental fee within 2 weeks after making reservation.
Balance: required 2 weeks before check-in date.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Friday
Check-out: 9:00 a.m. following Friday (Monday for week-end rental)

No refunds: unless cancelled 60 days before summer check-in date and
10 days before fall check-in date.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $850 is required and will be
returned within 7 days of checkout if there are no damages to house
or
property. No smoking or pets please.
