This luxurious three story home has fifty feet of Gulf frontage and features a beautiful and spacious floor plan. Sea Sabella's specially milled sunken cypress siding was reclaimed from some of North Florida's own rivers and makes the house a Seaside standout.

Sea Sabella is part of Sunburst Luxury Vacations, a high service and amenity segment within Sunburst Beach Vacations that provides a luxury resort experience with all of the benefits...privacy, space and freedom...of a private home. You will be able to enjoy private bedrooms and baths, two large common areas, a full kitchen and two laundry rooms and at the same time while enjoying the same amenities and service you would receive at a 5-star hotel. The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) and include 4 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. You will all have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time (including access to a local private course), arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as grocery shopping, golf and other independent activities. Rates also include a full mid week clean (with weekly stays) and the departure clean. Daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee.

Entry/Ground Floor: The outside deck has a silver travertine floor. Each of the two queen bedrooms has custom fabricated headboards, luxurious Signoria bed linens and each has its own private bathroom (one is a shower, one a tub/shower). A specially designed media room features a 52" flat screen television that appears in the mirrored wall with a Blu Ray DVD player.

Second/Living Floor: The custom milled white oak stairs with glass railings leads you to the second floor where you will find an open floor plan. The chef-inspired kitchen includes Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler and ice machine, Wolf gas range, Bosch dishwasher, Kohler sink, Blanco faucet, and custom cabinets that reach to the ceiling. The white marble kitchen island with waterfall sides adds drama to the space. The German-made Roeder folding glass wall opens up to the extraordinary split-level teak deck that provides unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Custom built daybeds with specially made outdoor fabrics and cushions make it easy to relax while looking out on the beach and the emerald Gulf waters.

Third Floor/Master Bedroom Suite: The third floor is completely devoted to the master bedroom suite and has some of the most amazing views found in Seaside. The master bathroom has a glass-enclosed rain shower, light-therapy jetted Oceania tub, Kohler and Honsqrohe faucets and luxurious vein cut silver travertine throughout. The vanity area is uniquely created with an Agape "Insegna" Italian mirror that suspends from the ceiling and is viewed from both sides. The master suite has a comfortable sitting area and expansive private covered deck overlooking the beach and gulf.

Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, croquet courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming. When staying in our homes in Seaside you are within walking distance of many restaurants and retail establishments.

Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools…West pool which offers food and beverage service during the season and is heated during the Holidays, The Family pool which is covered and heated mid Nov to mid April, and the adult pool which is open to guests 16 and older and is secluded and serene, 6 tennis courts and a private fitness center.

You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming… organize a croquet game, take a professional tennis lesson or consult with a fitness trainer through our private club. The Seaside Bike Shop offers the rental of beach cruisers, rugged mountain bikes and baby carriages.

Seaside Town center and Ruskin Place offers dozens of shops, art galleries and Dining opportunities from barefoot casual to beach gourmet. When staying in our homes in Seaside you are within walking distance of all of these retail establishments.

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
