While technically a condo, Aerie is built like a house – completely separate (yet attached) from all of the other homes in the small, gated Seagrove by the Sea community. Decor highlighted by the wonderful use of color will make your vacation everything you have desired. Large community pool can be enjoyed when not at the beach. Private beach walkway is only only 30 yards away. Walk to area shops and restaurants or take advantage of the nearby bike paths to visit the adjoining community of Seaside.

First Floor: Tile floors cover this floor. King bedroom with door to adjacent hall bath. Hall bath with double vanity sink and tub/shower. The 6th bedroom/recreation room has a kitchenette - perfect area for the kids to call their own! Kitchen has fridge, microwave and sink plus a bar with 4 barstools. This open part of the recreation room has a bunk with a double bed on bottom, twin on top, queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, armoire with desk, TV Panasonic Home Theater system with stereo, VCR, DVD and outdoor speakers on the patio. Gas BBQ grill on this patio. The pool is just steps away from this patio.

Second Floor: Carpeted stairs lead to the second floor. Bedrooms are carpeted, living/dining room has hardwood floors. A large combined living, dining and kitchen offers a wonderful area to gather. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances (glass top range, side by side fridge, dishwasher, wine cooler and microwave). Breakfast bar has 3 barstools. Dining table has 6 chairs. Living room has queen sleeper sofa, love seat, 3 plush side chairs, and armoire with flat panel TV and DVD player. The second floor porch off the living area overlooks the pool and allows fantastic gulf views. This porch features table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Steps off this porch go down to the pool area. King bedroom has dresser, 2 bedside tables, 1 lamp, TV, VCR, and door to adjoining bath. Hall bath has vanity sink and tub/shower.

Third Floor: Carpeted stairs lead to carpeted third floor. Grand master suite has king bed, dresser, large TV, armoire, chaise long, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, private bath with double vanity sink, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. French doors open off this bedroom to a private gulf view porch outfitted with 2 adirondacks. Additional king bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 1 lamp, dresser, TV/VCR and private bath with tub/shower. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser and private bath with tub/shower.

Outside: One car garage plus parking for about 2 or 3 additional cars in shared parking area. Large community pool surrounded by loungers and tables and chairs. Private walkway to beach which is only 30 walking steps away.

The Beaches of South Walton is tucked away on Northwest Florida’s Gulf coast between Destin and Panama City and is known for the shimmering emerald blue-green brilliance of the Gulf of Mexico, sugar white fine sand beaches and unspoiled natural beauty.

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
