The house has all that is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including bed linen and towels. Washing machine and dryer in the garage. Dishwasher/Microwave and usual kitchen appliances. Carpeted throughout.Tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Vertical blinds to all windows. Cable television/Dvd/Video/Hi-Fi system. Phone for local calls.

Beach umberellas and chairs for our guests to use.

4 bikes. 3 Adult and one child.

Large communal swimming pool with wash room facilities, set in a pleasantly landscaped area. The pool has been awarded several 'best-kept' communal pool awards over the years. It has graduated steps with a hand rail at one end, to allow easy access.

Intracoastal waterways nearby for boating and fishing. Beautiful unspoilt beaches 5 minutes drive from the house.

Boat hire/Kayaks/Pontoons all available to hire just minutes from the house.

 Sand/shells/pelicans/dolphins and sandpipers. A walkers paradise!

We Welcome enquiries form those who are looking for a very relaxing stay in our property which is very comfortable and well equipped.The location is tranquil and calming.Ideal for two couples sharing as each bedroom and bathroom are on opposite sides of the lounge, therefore giving a degree of privacy. One bedroom opens onto the lanai, with views out to the gardens.
