This very comfortable home is only 2 hours away from Chicago or Detroit and minutes off of I-94.  The one acre homesite boasts beautiful, large oak trees in front and an open view of the lake in back with 90' of lake frontage for your enjoyment.

The first floor opens to the living room with wood-burning fireplace and new furniture with a comfortable queen size sleeper-sofa offering additional sleeping space.  The living room opens to the dining room and new, counter-height dining table seating eight. Next to the dining room is the large sunroom with a slate table comfortably seating eight for meals or games and a comfortable love seat and two chairs with ottomans.  Walls of windows offer unobscured views of the expansive backyard and lake.  A hammock for relaxation or that afternoon nap is nearby, as is a mounted TV with viewing access throughout the sunroom. The spacious, tastefully decorated kitchen with a desk and closet housing laundry facilities is also off of the dining room. A large bathroom with walk-in shower completes the first floor.

The second floor has the large, newly-decorated master bedroom (with access to the hall bath) and a queen size bed with sliding glass doors to the balcony overlooking the lake.  Also recently decorated, the second bedroom has two twin beds (one with trundle) and sliding glass doors to the balcony.  The freshly-painted third bedroom has two twin beds with a large picture window overlooking the large front yard and beautiful trees.  The spacious hall bath with tub/shower enclosure has double sinks with large vanity.  Towels and linens are available in the bathroom linen closet.

A security deposit of $300, which will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property, and $80 non-refundable cleaning fee required to secure requested dates.  Balance due 30 days before occupancy.  The security deposit will be refunded  two weeks after check out.
