Newly renovated 3 bedroom/ 2 bath fully furnished Townhouse. The master bedroom suite is located on the main level along with the dining/ living room and kitchen. The kitchen is completely remodeled with new cabinets and granite/ stone countertops. It is fully stocked with all the necessary items for cooking. The second floor has two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed with bureau and the second bedroom has a day bed that converts to a king size bed and a desk. There is a community heated pool and jogging trail located with in the Malibu Villas. Everything is new- furniture, bedding, linens etc.
*Please note- we are still in the process of purchasing furniture decorations etc.
Malibu Villas is located just off I-95 and shopping and restaurants are close by.
