Eponymous Garden Downtown Victorian in Austin

This 1880’s Historic Downtown Victorian farmhouse has over 3,000 square feet of living area. There are three enormous bedrooms, all with king-sized beds. One bedroom has a private bath and the two bedrooms in the upstairs suite share a bath and balcony with skyline views. The entire compound has access to WIFI and there are two bedrooms that have televisions with expanded cable. There is a large living room/gallery space, with unique furniture, rotating artwork displays featuring local artists and a grand piano. The spacious kitchen has marble counter tops, all appliances and utensils and adjoins a spacious dining room which has ten windows overlooking the gardens. A laundry room and half-bath are accessible from the kitchen. The Victorian has a covered front porch and covered wrap-around back porch, both of which are perfect for relaxing, chatting, sipping a drink or just watching the world go by.

Located just east of downtown Austin in a quiet neighborhood, the house is nestled among three craftsman bungalows which are part of the Eponymous Garden fenced compound.  Living and dining rooms, patios, porches, trails and a unique and ever-changing garden offer many places to relax and reflect upon your stay in Austin.

• The house is non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed on porches, balcony and patios
• Small, friendly dogs are welcome with owner permission

Maximum 6 guests (2 in each bedroom); $20/per night, per person for additional guests.

15% bed tax on all overnight stays less than 30 days.

There is a $100 cleaning fee.

A refundable Security Deposit will apply.

Minimum stay is 2-nights.

Small dogs welcome with owner permission.  A fee of $150 is required.
