This secure garden level casita comes fully equipped for your comfort and pleasure during your stay in the lovely village of Ajijic.

Two bedrooms, two baths and fully equipped kitchen and living area. Vonage phone for calls to US and Canada and other countries. Wireless Internet, cable TV, purified water system, BBQ gas grill, utilities and maid service for three hours per week are all included.

One of the bedrooms,  the kitchen, and living areas open with French doors to your own large patio just a few steps to a wonderful pool and extensive lush gardens. Off street parking and private entrance adds to your feeling of privacy.
Our home is located in the prestigeous neighborhood called Las Salvias. Driving to the central Plaza of Ajijic is only two minutes away and can easily be walked in fifteen minutes.

The owners live above the casita and have two very friendly dogs.

Ajijic offers something for everyone and has the charm of a lovely Mexican village. What makes it extraordinary is that English is spoken wherever you go. It's the largest Expat community in the world.

Cultural events are always happening, art galleries are numerous, and restaurants offer every type of cuisiine from "Mom's" home cooking to "Tango's" great steaks and pastas, not to mention seafood, Thai, and of course Mexican plus many others.

Within one week of our first visit to Ajijic, we knew this was the perfect place to call home.  Eight years later we love it even more! The weather is the best in the world and we have more friends here than we ever had in the U.S.

The weekly rate is $400 to $500 and the monthly rate is $900 to $950 depending on the season. For periods longer than three months, call us.
