The completely private cottage is within walking distance of the Queen of the Missions and near the Sansum Clinic and Cottage Hospital. Guests will find a wide variety of nearby dining and shopping options. Some of the country's finest sandy beaches are also only minutes away with splashing tides to relax away an afternoon or an entire weekend.

This large (900sq ft) well appointed two bedroom one bath features free high-speed Internet, TV and DVD a large full kitchen complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, full stove, microwave and all the utensils to have a relaxing meal at home. A personal washer/dryer is on site.

The two bedrooms both have queen beds with luxury bedding and down comforters. The comfortable living room has plenty of seating to enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace and the large 40" screen HD TV with cable and DVD. Wireless internet and free local phone keeps you connected. Outside, relax in the wonderful California weather with an outdoor dining area and lounge chairs under the flowering trees and in view of all the shrubbery in the private fenced yard.

For weekly stays only: For the adventurous, two beach cruiser bicycles are provided for an arranged three hour period during your stay, ($60 value). Ride to downtown & the beach--only minutes away!

You are not far from anything you may want to visit in Santa Barbara, just five minutes to the beach & ten blocks to downtown so you are quickly home to your personal place after a busy day enjoying all Santa Barbara offers.

For Weekly Stays only: Two beach cruiser bicycles provided for one three hour pre-arranged time period, ($60) value. Santa Barbara has many bike paths and it great to explore town and the beach by bike. (Extra security deposit is required)

Santa Barbara known as the "American Riveria" is known for its beauty, architecture and the incredible flora of the area. Something is always blooming and the mountains and ocean provide a rich diversity of natural environments to explore. You can swim at the beach and hike in the mountains in the same day!!!
Santa Barbara also has its own Art and Natural Science Museums and its own Zoological Gardens and beautiful Botanic Garden. There are a wealth of cultural activities, great dining and shopping areas to explore.
The wine country of Los Olivos and Solvang are just a short drive away. There is a multitude of activities to enjoy in this rich community from whale watching, fishing, biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, golf and almost anything your heart desires.
