The completely private cottage is within walking distance of the Queen of the Missions and near the Sansum Clinic and Cottage Hospital. Guests will find a wide variety of nearby dining and shopping options. Some of the country's finest sandy beaches are also only minutes away with splashing tides to relax away an afternoon or an entire weekend.

This large (900sq ft) well appointed two bedroom one bath features free high-speed Internet, TV and DVD a large full kitchen complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, full stove, microwave and all the utensils to have a relaxing meal at home. A personal washer/dryer is on site.

The two bedrooms both have queen beds with luxury bedding and down comforters. The comfortable living room has plenty of seating to enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace and the large 40" screen HD TV with cable and DVD. Wireless internet and free long distance phone in the continental US keeps you connected. Outside, relax in the wonderful California weather with an outdoor dining area and lounge chairs under the flowering trees and in view of all the shrubbery in the private fenced yard.

Santa Barbara known as the "American Riveria" is known for its beauty, architecture and the incredible flora of the area.
