This well equiped 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse is located in the La Costa development, and overlooks the 7th hole of the Mayan Golf Course.
Soak up the sun!! The condo grounds have three clean and well maintained pool areas or if the beach is for you it is only minutes away! The grounds also offer lovely tropical gardens with relaxing surroundings for you to enjoy.
Beach access and the luxury beachfront resorts are located directly across the street from the complex. A convenience store/deli is located at the property entrance. Historic downtown with quaint shops and excellent resturants are just a short 20 minute walk. At the Mega store (Superstore) you can buy just about anything would ever want from groceries, liquor, Rx to major appliances and is only a 15 minute walk. By cab the new marina is only 5 minutes, the airport is 15 minutes and Cabo San Lucas 25 minutes away. Cabs along with the city bus can be caught at the complex entrance. A convenient bus to Cabo San Lucas and the corridor can be caught on the highway infront of the Mega Store.
The condo is clean and nicely decorated in traditional Mexican style, with all of the luxuries of home.
The main floor features a kitchen, dinning room, living room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed, and a large deck overlooks the beautiful golf course. The spiral staircase leads upstairs to the Master Suite with a queen bed, private bathroom and spacious private deck.
