Carolina Folly is an ocean view (NOT Ocean Front) beach house with a view to the marsh. There is a wrap around deck and rockers from which to enjoy the evening breezes. Carolina Folly sleeps 13 people comfortably in the four bedrooms and sleeper sofa in the living room.

Monthly rates of $2,500 are only available during October, November, December, January, and February. Weekly rates between $1500 and $1500 during these months, with the higher rate for a holiday week (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

We had an amazing time at your house!!! The house was very spacious and allowed all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms. The deck was fantastic, we spent most of our time outside socializing...This was our first time to Folly Beach and we feel in love!

Would definetly come back and stay at your place

Carolina Folly Beach House

The house was very clean and nicely equipped. The appliances and bathroom fixtures seemed new. With the exception of 2 sliding door screens that needed some TLC, and some drapery rod issues, (both relatively minor), everything worked as it should. The kitchen was very well equipped with most everything we needed. There is plenty of off-street parking space.
We particularly liked the number of bathrooms, which were all very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the fact that it was "pet friendly"; we thank the owners for allowing pets. It would not have worked for us otherwise.
The ocean views were very nice but would be spectacular if it were not for the house built almost directly in front of this one. This house also interferes with the privacy you have from the oceanside deck (which was very spacious) and the inside living area. This was the biggest complaint we had.
We enjoyed our week here, the owners were pleasant and helpful. We would likely stay here again, but we sure wish that house in front was not there.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly
