Walk to the Beach! Treat yourself and be one of the first to
enjoy our brand new beach retreat! (everything brand new; house and furniture 2006)

We are very excited to welcome you, your family, and friends to
our vacation home. Located in the quaint and quiet residential Narragansett
neighborhood of Sand Hill Cove/ Point Judith,you are within walking distance to the
beach (just 900 feet!). The address is 48 Maple Avenue.

Our 1600 sq. ft. beach home features a bright and spacious
living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen
features a Breakfast Bar and is carefully and thoughtfully furnished
with everything you will need for your stay. No need to think about
bringing anything but food. Dining area off the kitchen opens to a
large wrap-around
deck.

Sleeping accommodations include 3 bedrooms. The Master suite, with a king-size bed,
includes a walk-in closet and private bath with walk-in shower, cable
TV and clock radio. Additional bedrooms have one full-sized bed and one queen sized bed,
lamps,
dressers and plenty of closet space.

Relax inside or move outside to a large wrap-around deck
equipped with gas grill, picnic table and patio furniture.

You will be abe to enjoy a quiet relaxing vacation at the beach
or use your time to explore the many beautiful attractions that are
available in the wonderful New England state of Rhode Island.

Our cottage is fully furnished and has everything that you will
need to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing beach vacation.

blankets and pillows as well as beach chairs and beach towels.

From this adorable home, you are just a few steps to the ocean
and a short ride to many more magnificent Rhode Island beaches.

Enjoy River Cruises or a trip to Block Island on the Block Island
Ferry. Experience a working fishing village in Galilee, or visit the
historic Narragansett Towers.

June26-JULY 3...$1650/WEEK

JULY 3-sept 4 .... $1850 ($1700/per week for 2 or more
consecutive weeks)

$500 refundable Security/damage deposit required(unit left as found
reasonable wear and tear excluded)
