Centrally located : 30 minutes to Cooperstown; 25 minutes to Oneonta; 45 minutes to Binghampton; 15 minutes to Gilbert Lake State Park; 45 minutes to Plattekill Winter Ski/Summer Bike Park.
4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large kitchen w/ 8 seat country dining table, 2 family/living areas. Sleeps 13 -15. Big barn with extra long picnic tables and hanging lanterns - beautiful in the summer evenings . Cozy and inviting front porch with seating/lounging area - great for morning coffee, evening glass of wine, afternoon reading. Small hill behind house and barns is great for winter sledding! Small child outdoor playhouse.
