Waterfront Ozona home  fully furnished 1600 sq. ft. home on a lovely canal in the quaint, walkable, village of Ozona! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, walk 150 ft. from the front door to the edge of Southerland Bayou and the Gulf of Mexico. Gorgeous sunsets. The comfortable home is two bedrm two bath and will sleep up to 6 people. There is a private dock in the back yard and occasionally manatees are spotted in the canal. Two kayaks are available for traversing the protected waterways. The living room has a baby grand piano for the music lover. All the rooms have ceiling fans including the screen porch in the back, a great place to relax.

Fully equiped kitchen, including micro-wave. Laundry rm with utility sink, washer and drier. Master has a king bed and its own shower/toilet. 2nd bedrm has a queen bed and close access to hall bath.  Cable tv, dvd, stereo and wireless internet access. There is an extra room with a futon for 2. Spacious, open living room/dinning rm area looks out to the canal.

This area of west central Florida was made for relaxing holidays. A short walk from the house is the Pinellas Trail, a converted railway now used for walking, running, biking and in-line skating. The Dunedin causeway, another linear park, leads to the gate of Honeymoon Island State Park, with swimming and hiking. This is about a 10 minute drive from the house. This is also where you can access the ferry for the beautiful Caladesi island state park and world class beach. Many beautiful county parks nearby not to mention clearwater beach and all its activities.  If you have a boat, a concrete pad in the front will accomodate your trailer, and it can be moored at the dock in the back. Several boat ramps a stones throw from the house. There is a post office and 2 restaurants in Ozona that can easily be walked to. Most things: shopping, food stores, many restaurants are conveniently close. Golf, baseball, Theaters, libraries all nearby.
