The Best of Wrightsville Beach offers all you need for a relaxing "get-away" - the best location on the beach and a fully furnished "home away from home", equipped with flat-screen televisions in the living room and master bedroom, surround sound in the living room and a wireless internet connection.  The enclosed garage and the elevator make life easy - pull in the garage and load into the elevator and push the button to escape to the top-unit duplex with its view of Wrightsville Beach. The home is spacious with an open feel, and the sunsets from the front porch are spectacular!!  The bedrooms are located on the back of the house - a master with a queen bed and its own private bath with 2-headed shower; bedroom 2 with a queen bed; and bedroom 3 with twin beds.  Bedroom 2 & 3 share the hall bath.  The owner provides linens, sheets and towels, or you rent from a Linen Compnay or bring your own.  Please allow time to wash & dry the linens and put back in the closets before you check-out.  The downstairs shower makes coming in off the beach easy for sand-wash off, and there are plenty of boogey boards, sand toys, two bicycles and a gas grill in the storage room.

October 1 - April 30, 2012 - $275/night with a 2 night minimum or $1,800/week

May 1 - September 30, 2012 - $325/night with a 3 night minimum or $1975/week

Request Rental Agreement and Contract available from owner.

Security deposit of $250 due with Rental Agreement, balance of total rent and $100 cleaning fee due 4 weeks before arrival.  Owner will email last minute details and the combination to the key box when rent/cleaning fee is paid in full 

Holidays - Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas - $350/night with a 3 night minimum or $2100/wk

Request rental rate for monthly rent in January, February and March.
