Hermosa Beach, a half hour's drive from downtown L.A. and 15 minutes 
south of LAX".  Coastal Living Magazine and Sunset Magazine have rated 
Hermosa as a top beach destination. 
 
The Presidente Casita at Casitas del Mar is a three bedroom, one and a 
half bath home which sleeps 6 to 8. For sleeping there are king, 
queen, double beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room.  If you 
require less space please check out the Vista Casita (#2049). 
 
The Presidente Casita is an exquisite home on the beach located in the 
finest area of Hermosa Beach.  The views are truly breathtaking.   
 
It is a 2 minute walk to a couple of delightful restaurants open 
morning to night as well as a convenience store.  Also its just an 8 
minute walk to the pier and plaza with a huge variety of restaurants 
and shopping. 
 
The Presidente Casita is designed with a style that would make Tommy 
Bahama himself proud.  You will be more relaxed in this setting than 
you could possibly imagine.  It is completely remodeled with a full 
kitchen, all new appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.  
 
The kitchens and bathrooms are complete and beautifully appointed.  
There are fine wood floors throughout the home. It comes complete with 
everything you need besides your clothes.  This includes high quality 
dishes, silverware, cookware, towels and fine linens. 
 
The living room has a gas fireplace and two sets of double doors that 
open to a deck on The Strand. Its as if you are inside and outside at 
the same time.  From there you're all of 10 feet to the sand and a 
short stroll to the water. Words can't describe the feeling you'll 
have from this location!  In addition there is a large bricked patio 
with a firepit and an enclosed courtyard with lounge chairs, gas 
barbecue and table for private dining.  The master bedroom hosts a 
beautiful ocean view. 
 
It comes with 3 incredibly sharp LCD flat panel HD TV's with "Tivo" 
capability. Cable TV provides a full array of channels and radios and 
CD players are available for your listening pleasure.  Also included 
is high speed wireless internet connectivity and telephone with free 
long distance calls anywhere in the U.S. 
 
Two Beach Cruisers and two children's bicycles are provided to cruise 
The Strand which is the walkway running 20 miles along the coast.  
Also available are boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels to 
enjoy the beautiful beach. 
 
Parking, which is the most precious commodity at the beach, is 
available for 4 cars! 
 
Please note that there is no smoking or pets at the Presidente Casita.

Activities and Attractions

All beach and sport activities are right here or close by. Surf or 
play beach volleyball in front of the house. Children's swings are 
nearby on the beach. Recently remodeled 104-year-old Hermosa Pier 
offers fishing and strolling an 8 minute walk away.  Downtown Hermosa 
has the famous Comedy & Magic Club where you can catch Jay Leno and 
Ray Romano.  Also visit Gallery C and see the burgeoning Hermosa art

Do your workouts at The Yard.  Valley Park has a new children's 
playground only 1/2 mile away.  Tennis and basketball courts are 
nearby.  Redondo Beach Pier and King Harbor are 2 miles away and 
provide all fishing and boating related activities including whale 
watching.  Golf driving ranges, par 3 courses and miniature golf are 
15 minutes. The magnificent Donald Trump National Golf Club seen on 
The Big Break is 30 minutes away. 
 
You'll be a freeway's drive from The Getty Center, Hollywood, Malibu, 
Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, Sea 
World, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Palm Springs.

*  50% due at time of reservation, balance due 60 days prior to 
arrival date.  Cleaning fee $250.  no taxes required. 
*  Cancelation Policy - 10% fee if canceled before 60 days prior 
to arrival date. 
*  No refund if canceled within 60 days of arrival unless unit is 
re-booked, less 10% cancelation fee.
