Beach Haven By the Sea in Galveston

This property is located on the Seawall just across from gulf.  Stand on this 8th floor balcony and watch birds floating over the waters and morning fishermen wading into the gulf to fish.  Enjoy amazing sunrises and beatiful sunsets framed by the guld waters.

The unit sleeps 4 people and is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.  There is a full kitchen, dining table and chairs (for 4) tv/vcr/dvd, and wireless internet.  We have a small library in the unit.  The building has excellent parking, a private pool, a tennis court, and laundry facilities (on the first floor).  The parking lot is gated and the building has 24 hour security staff.

Sclitterbahn is nearby as is the Premiere movie theatre.  The seawall is a wonderful place to meet people as you bike, walk or skate along the seawall withe gulf at your side...  Most restaurants along the Seawall are open for business.

Sun thru Thurs $100 per night   (3 night minimum)

Fri and Sat  $130 per night  (2 night minimum)

Holiday Weekends.  RATES for Memorial Day,  July 4 and Labor Day are $ 395 for a 3 day weekend.  Must rent for at least 3 nights.

Add a $80 Cleaning Fee to all rentals.  Rentals less than 30 days require 15% hotel tax.

 Half of the rental fee is due at the time of booking while the balance is due one week before arrival. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund (less a $35 processing fee)  Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to rental date will receive NO refund.
