Low Season (December 1 - January 31)  $350 per week night; $450 per weekend night

High Season ( February  1 - November 31  $450 per week night; $500 per weekend night

Holiday weeks: $550 per night; $2900 per week

Cancellation Policy: Sometimes stuff happens and cancellations occur.  First, we can move you to another date.  Second, we will attempt to rent the unit for those same dates and If we are able to do so, we will refund $100% of your money for the days we were able to rent  - minus our cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is $200 and is applied to all cancellations. 

We prefer you book in advance.  Last minute inquiries are always welcome and may be accomodated.

If you do cancel,  here's the deal:
$200 cancellation fee PLUS
fees below based on when notice of cancellation is given (

  - 60 days or more: refund of 100% minus $200 fee for cancellation
  - 31-59 days: refund of 75% of depositied amount minus $200 cancellation fee
  - 30 days or less: refund of 50% of deposited amount minus $200   cancellation   fee
   - Cancel day of or less than 24 hours: no refund given

 We accept CASH, PERSONAL CHECKS AND CERTIFIED FUNDS (MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK).

Other fees: $125 cleaning fee and a $500 REFUNDABLE damage security deposit  are due 30 days before start of rental. or at time of rental if rental made with less than 30 days notice.  Taxes  must be added to Nightly Rate
