Current Rate through November are nightly at $390.00 per night .The Thankgivng Rates and Christmas rates are prime season please inquiry for the rate. Weekly rate is discounted to a$2250.00.    Monthly rate is $7,000.00  these rates are from November 10 to 22, 2009.  We do not have any hidden fees like booking or extra per person fee this amount is  including taxes.  The Cleaning fee that varies from the number of guests staying in the home please inquiry with us for the additional cleaning fee. Holiday Rates are by the week only From December 20 to January 2, 2010.  We will rent by the week only at rate $3,500.00 per week.  Please contact us for more information.  

Rates are the same for 1 person as for 10 people.  50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation this can be paid through credit card or Pay pal.  The deposit if FULLY REFUNDABLE up to 30 days prior to your arrival.  After that time it become NON-Refundable.  The balance is due upon arrival.

No pets or smoking is allowed in this Custom Home. Call to inquiry on the details. .  Credit Cards only upon arrival you must have a credit card not a debit card and a current drivers licenses upon arrival.  This will be used for your security deposit. We will also require a social security number at the time of your arrival.
