The unit comes very well equipped. High speed wireless internet, cable TV, AC and all the little things you would expect are provided (towels, linens, full kitchen, beach chairs etc..) The sleeping arrangement is 1 king, 1 Double & 1 Twin bed. Parking is free and there is an elevator to the second floor.

You are 10-15 minutes from all the attractions of Cocoa Beach (the Pier, Ron Jon's etc) without the crowds. You are 15 minutes from the Melbourne Airport and 1 hour to Orlando and Disney.
