When we first got there, we didn't get the code to get into the condo, so luckily the manager of the condo came (on her day off) to let us in. So please be sure to get the code from the owner before hand. The room was delightful and bright, Take some socks or house shoes though cause of the sand, which is to be expected. The other tenants were really nice. Of course we got there when Igor was going through the Bermuda, so we got the waves from that, There was a slight problem with tiny ants, but not bad. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very nice to accomodate us, there was a mixup at one time and he was nice enough to call the other renters and ask if they would swap rooms since we needed one that was pet friendly and they graciously did (Thank you for that as well). We found some amazing shells, which we had to really work for them, which was fun! There was a turtle out there swimming daily. One day there was a jellyfish that was pushed up on the beach, so careful with that. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and hated leaving. I hope that your stay will be as fun and realaxing as ours was. Thank you again for letting us stay there.

Too expensive

This is a very pricey condo, and frankly not worth it, but I was drawn to this property because of the 50 inch plasma tv to watch March madness games with my son. I expected at this price to watch the games in High Def and was suprised and very dissapointed not to have this feature. I called the owner and he didn't know anything about the cable service. Why provide such an expensive flat screen plasma tv without high def service? There were no starter supplies such as coffee filters and dish detergent. The living room furniture is confortable, but the bedding (mattresses) needs to be replaced, way too soft. The unit is directly over the pool and the views are excellent and the internet connection was satisfactory. My final issue is what the owner calls the "green thermostat". It is locked at 72 degrees and I found it annoying not being able to adust the temperature to my liking.

Not a Better Place to Stay!!!

My sister and I take about seven 4-day trips throughout the summers. Our husbands don't care for the beach, so just the two of us go. Of all the places we have stayed (including the Gulf Coast and East Coast), renting both houses and condos, this condo had everything we liked and needed. The rooms were large and had lots of storage. The bed linens must have been 600 thread count!!!!! His unit looks directly over the large, beautiful pool, and from your private balcony you could throw a rock into the Atlantic. Watching the cruise ships head out all lit up at night was so beautiful. And where your unit is situated, you get the morning sun, but it is not beating down on you all afternoon on your balcony. Friendly guests and close to everything. Publix, movies and restaurants so close. Not a better place to stay- Sue and Annie.
