The Dorchester in Daytona Beach

We all did the Staycation of 2011, now it is time for that well deserved VACATION that you have been talking about!

The Dorchester just keeps getting better all of the time.  We now have a STOVE, yes 4 burners and a OVEN!!!  Yes, you can afford a wonderful vacation at the beach.  Think of how much $$ you will be saving, while you cook right there in the unit.

It is time to say good bye to our recession hangover and for families to start having fun again.  We have remodeled the entire condo from top to bottom here are a few examples; two full size beds, a stove, that comes with 4 stovetop burners and a OVEN, new kitchen counter top, microwave over the stove, refrigerator, 2 a/c’s, and tile throughout the entire condo.  Two tv’s one in the living room has a dvd player and there is one in the bedroom and both tv’s have cable for your convenience.  The entire condo has been painted from top to bottom.  There is also a full set of dishes, coffee pot, toaster and glasses.  We have everything that you will need for your stay at the beach, cooler, beach chairs and toys!  This condo is very clean and even smells clean, not musty like some places on the beach!!!

This condo has a wonderful ocean breeze and is located on the 1st floor facing south.  Comfortable family oriented environment along with friendly neighbors provide for a relaxing vacation.  Park your vehicle right outside of the patio door for your convenience.  There are 3 pools, the extra large pool is heated and the second pool is not and there is also a kiddy pool for the little ones!  Picnic area with outdoor grills for cooking along with picnic tables and chairs.  Laundry facilities are located on the premises. 

We require a $200.00 refundable deposit, this will hold your reservation and will be refunded within 3 days of your departure once the condo has been inspected for any damage and/or missing items.  Condo balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.

Our condo will have no problem meeting your expectations for a wonderful time at the Worlds most famous beach!
