The Dorchester in Daytona Beach

A lovely 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo, located on the world famous Daytona Beach! The bedroom has 2 full beds, full bath, AC and a tv w/cable. There is a tv w/cable in the living room, along with 2 couches & an overstuffed chair with ample lighting. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, coffee maker, utensils, pots & pans, toaster oven, glasses, plates & bowls and a kitchen table that seats 4. Everything you need to cook with if that is what you choose to do.

This condo is on the 1st floor facing south, with a fantastic ocean breeze.  Comfortable family oriented environment along with friendly neighbors provide for a relaxing vacation.  Park right outside of the patio door for your convenience.  There are 2 pools, 1 is heated there is also a kiddie pool for the little ones! Picnic area with grills for outdoor cooking along with tables and chairs.  Laundry facilities located on premises. 

Deposit of $200.00 is required to hold reservation and will be refunded within a week of departure once condo has been inspected. Condo balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, deposits will not be refunded.   Non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00 is added to every rental.

Minimum of three nights is required for all stays.

Check-in: 3:00 pm.

Check-out: 10:00 am.
