It also includes an enclosed Lanai for winter and summer enjoyment, outdoor patio, 1 1/2 Car Garage with Golf Cart and a washer and dryer.

Rental includes digital cable TV, local telephone service and Internet access.

The Village of Duval is located near the newest square, Lake Sumter Landing, by all of the newest recreation centers, and close to the Colony Plaza shopping area. If you look closely, you'll discover that Duval is surrounded by executive golf, specifically the Sandhill, Turtle Mound, Truman, Roosevelt, Bogart and Bacall courses. In addition, it's only minutes from the Spanish Springs Town Square. Both squares have live entertainment nightly.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, a set of pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. The eat-in kitchen can seat up to six people.

The family room has comfortable furniture ready to entertain friends or just relax and includes a 42 inch flat screen TV and a DVD player.

The dining room can seat up to four people and includes a buffet for entertaining guests.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed and dresser with a 32 inch flat screen TV, full private bath and walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed and dresser with 20 inch flat screen TV, large closet, and adjacent full bath.

It also includes a heated/cooled lanai so that you can sit back and relax in comfort. 

The Villages offers an array of indoor and outdoor activities so there's something fun for everyone. You can golf at an executive golf course if you choose for a nominal fee or play golf at one of their championship courses at a discounted rate. 

There are adult and family pools, tennis courts, places to pay bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, billiards and and hundreds of other activities to enjoy.

The two Town Squares offer nightly live entertainment with dancing under the stars, restaurants, movie theaters and shops.

If you need to stray away, The Villages is close to Silver Springs, Disney World, Sea World, Orlando area attractions, Busch Gardens and other Tampa area attractions. It's also close to the Florida beaches.

January - February - March $3,200.00 per month (prefer either December and January or January and February together)

October $1,600 per month, weekly rate of $675 with a two week minimum.
November $1,900.00 per month, weekly rate of $675 with a two week minimum.
December $2,000.00 per month, weekly rate of $700 with a two week minimum.

Rates are for up to two people.

Security Deposit is $500.00, due with application, (refundable within 30 days of departure if Villa is left in as found condition).
First months rent due 60 days prior to arrival.

All rates are subject to Florida Sales and Use tax of 9% except for rentals of six months or more.  All rates are subject to change until a contract has been signed.
