Waterfront with a boat dock in Cape Coral, Florida !  Lovely 3 bedroom home on a quiet side street with direct Gulf access.  Enjoy the water views, dock, pool and lanai !  There is much to do in Cape Coral and many water activities.  This home offers a formal living room plus a family room with large screen tv, modern kitchen, dining room, garage.   The guest bedrooms have a queen bed each.  There are a total of two and one-half bathrooms.  The lanai by the pool is wonderful for dining outside and enjoying the sun and water.   There is an extra patio off the screened lanai.  The dock is large with an 8,000 pound boat lift and a canopy if you have a boat. Cape Coral is a lovely city with fine dining, shopping, water views, and much to do !  Plus enjoy the nearby attractions in Ft. Myers, Naples, Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers Beach and Pine Island.  Easy drive to Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft. Myers. ****  Thank you.  

Boating, Fishing, Beaches and Beach Activities !  Ft. Myers beach is nearby also. There is fine dining, shopping, museums, water activities, and a 2.5 hour drive to vsit Disneyworld.  There is a dock at this property for fishing, sunning and boating.  Enjoy the lovely water views and watch the boats from the poolside or dock. 

January, February and March are $3200. per month.  One month minimum in January, February, March.  Off season weeks are $800.   All rates plus 11% tax.  Normal cleaning when you depart is included in the rental fee.  There is a professional housekeeper who cleans and takes care of this home as if it is her own.  She is available at an additional cost if you would like her services during your stay.
