This is a superb new condo in a luxury community just minutes away from Disney. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to six guests.  No expense has been spared - from granite kitchen and bathrooms to high quality bedlinen and towels. You will have all the luxury of a top class hotel combined with the privacy and comfort of your own space.         All the comforts are here and the furnishings are of the highest quality. As well as your own living and dining space, you have your own private furnished lanai to enjoy relaxing in the Florida sun.

This condo is located in Tuscana, a Mediterranean inspired community just 10 minutes drive from Disney.

 The superb clubhouse is at the heart of Tuscana.  An oversized pool is surrounded by luxurious sunloungers and shady cabanas.  Adults can avail of the lap pool while children can safely play in the childrens' pool. A fully equipped fitness center makes keeping fit a pleasure and a state of the art theater means a night at the movies is just steps away. And of course you dont have to leave Tuscana should you feel like a meal out - our luxurious Tavern serves excellent food at great prices.

For golfers, Championsgate, with its two Greg Norman-inspired courses, is just next door. Further details if required.

And Tuscana has excellent restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive - some guests even walk! We know Orlando very well and are happy to share our knowledge with our guests.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Tuscana. The condo was beautiful and we felt right at home. I especially appreciated how clean,well equipped and quiet it is. I am looking forward to my next adventure at Tuscana and would highly recommend this property. It is convenient to all major site seeing locations yet quiet after a long day at the parks or golf course. The pool area is beautiful with all the comforts.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

The best vacation yet!

We had a great time in Florida, sad it had to end. The condo was one of the best, definitely in the top 2. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids since it is only about 4' at the deepest point. The only complaint I have is that the welcome book that they have was hard to find, it was stuck in a drawer and really didn't offer much info other then what to do and not do in the condo. By the time we got there I had forgot about the theater they had on site and there was no info. In the condo about the amenities or where to find them, a map of the condo would have been helpful even in finding the dumpster. It's all just little things that did not effect our mood or the stay much at all. We really had a great time and would love to come back! Oh and one other note, if you plan on using much internet bring your wireless router.

Perfect Family Location Close to Disney & Nature

I have never used any vacation property rental sites before, so I went in a bit wary of the process. But I was shocked how easy it was. Nicole the renter was quick to answer any questions and the management company who handles the details were also very easy to deal with.
The 3 bedroom villa was exactly what we needed and more, actually larger than our home. Going this route cost us a fraction of what the parks wanted for one bedrooms units with a pull-out and this place had three bedrooms and tonnes of living space. Disney was literally 10 minutes away and the convenience of having Publix, Walgreens, Gas and McDonald's a 2 minute drive down the road was perfect. I liked that this location is on the south end of things and we could also get a taste of some nature nearby. The screen porch looking onto the treed conservation area was also a perk of this unit.
We could have had warmer weather for our first ever family vacation outside of Canada, but we still enjoyed it all the same. We look forward to knowing we have places like the Tuscana with it's well maintained grounds, gated access, lovely pool and adjacent dining facilities if needed, all at the click of a mouse.
Thanks to all who made this trip so seamless and easy. Even my husband who is sometimes more of a skeptic than myself said 'nothing'...meaning he was happy too!
