Depending on the time of your desired dates of your stay with us, you could have a VILLA BEACH VACATION for as low as $99 per night for our ORCHID VILLA!!!!!!

Two villas are available to choose from that are Ocean and Beach Front along with  four other "Value Priced Villas" to meet every family's budget for that Special Beach Vacation.

Four of our Villas Sleep up to eight (8) people (Orchid Villa accommodates two guests) at no extra per person charge. Our one flat rate is for all 8 people without any surprises of being charged extra when more than two persons occupy a villa. ONE PRICE FOR THE ENTIRE VILLA, regardless of the number of people that occupy it. 

At Atlantic Ocean Beachfront Villas, you can get a Two Bedroom, Two Bath Villa with a full Kitchen and a spacious Living Room for the same price as you would pay for a small basic hotel room.

Atlantic Ocean Beach Front Villas is a unique VILLA BEACHFRONT property complex located in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, directly fronting the Atlantic Ocean and the beach of Grace Bay Beach, the most sought after and popular beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands. 

OCEAN VISTA BEACHFRONT VILLA and OCEANS EDGE BEACHFRONT VILLA are only about 25-30 feet from the edge of the shoreline. They are probably the closest villas/building on the beach and Atlantic Ocean than any other villas on the entire island. We also have other villas that are available to choose from that are "Value Priced Villas" to meet every family's budget.

We are located directly on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.  A swimming pool is also available for the use of all of our villa guests. 

Our villa complex is magnificent for family and friends to spend good quality time together in the pool, on the beach or in the crystal clear waters of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Our Villa complex was remodeled and tastefully redecorated in early 2010 with all new interior furnishings.

Our beach sand is naturally very white and a sugar fine consistency and powdery soft, as is the same with the sand at the bottom of the ocean floor. There are "NO" rocks or sharp shells in our area of our beach, unlike what may exist in other areas of our beach or else where on the island.

Our beach is a continuous seven (7) miles long beach, allowing you the pleasure of a casual romantic walk along the shore, or a long jog for a good work out.

Or of course...........you can do absolutely nothing, as you lay on the beach or in our beach sun loungers............ enjoying your favorite cocktail and soaking in the warm sun and inhaling the soft fresh ocean breezes.

The famous SMITHS REEF is directly off of our beach. Smiths Reef is a  live coral reef system that is directly off of our beach and snorkeling in it is only a few feet off of our shore. Because of this fantastic live coral reef just off of our shore, the coral reefs break up, subdue and soften the strong ocean waves. As a result, the ocean waters are very calm and we do not have any dangerous currents or under tows in our location. Swimming, snorkeling and floating in the ocean is very safe, comfortable and pleasurable, especially if you have young children with you. We provide you with FREE SNORKELING GEAR, so you don't have to bring your own or purchase any on the island. All you have to do is get in the water and enjoy yourself. The live coral reefs that are just a short swim into the ocean from the villas are very plentiful with live coral and teeming with all kinds of tropical fish, lobster and sea turtles, so you do not need to go out with a boat operator to take you to a coral reef and pay for a snorkel excursion.

It's all FREE IN OUR BACK YARD.

The Turtle Cove Marina, shops or restaurants for dining or cocktails are only a short 5 minute walk from our villa complex. Turtle Cove Marina has an array of business' that can rent you a boat, take you deep sea diving or you can take an off shore deep sea fishing excursion. The restaurants range from casual fare food and mid range prices to upscale dining. All dress styles are acceptable at all of the restaurants. 

You can also see how Lady Luck treats you by visiting the Players Casino. The Casino is also just a quick 5 minute walk and is just across the street from the Turtle Cove Marina, shops and restaurants. It is open from 10 AM until the next morning to 5 AM.

Relax in our spacious and tastefully decorated tropical villa complex featuring amenities such as:  FREE wireless Internet throughout, open plan living and dining areas equipped with all  entertainment needs such as: flat panel cable television with MP3/DVD/CD players, stereo, fully equipped open concept kitchens with microwave oven, some with a stove, coffee/tea maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator, air conditioning, pillow-top mattresses, over-sized balcony, laundry facilities, FREE local calls, FREE use of snorkeling gear, FREE daily fresh towel and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service, FREE use of our propane gas barbecue grills and picnic area, FREE parking. 

All of these great amenities are available at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 

Many other villas charge extra for all or some of these amenities. 

Bathrooms include designer toiletries, hairdryers, and showers.

Our prices are on a nightly basis, times the number of nights that you will be staying with us. The only thing that we charge extra for, is the mandated 11% Government Tax. 
 
We DO NOT charge "other and extra fees" such as: Staff Service Fees, Cleaning Fees, Extra Fees for Air Conditioning or Charges for Metered Air Conditioning, Internet Access Fees, Daily Maid Service Fees, Automatic Gratuity Fees or a Security Deposit Fee like some other villas or hotels do.
 
We keep it simple and clean. We charge just one Low Nightly rate and everything, and all of the above is included in our one low price.
 
Absolutely NO Surprise Extra Charges or Fees or Deposits are required with our villas.
 
To make a reservation with us, we only require a three night deposit at the time of the booking of your villa. The balance of the reservation payment is due only 14 days prior to your date of arrival. A Visa or Master Card credit card can be used to reserve your desired villa with us. Should you need to cancel, we just need a notice of 21 days prior to your date of arrival and you will get a full refund of your deposit.
 
Most other villas require that you fully pre-pay a non-refundable payment of their villa upon booking it, or a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit, plus....they must receive full payment for the villa 60-90 days prior to your date of arrival. Most other villas do not have a cancellation policy and will not refund you your deposit should your plans change. So please be carful with who you reserve with so you do not expierence any unpleasant surprises later on in your vacation.

Reservation/Deposit Policy:

A three night deposit is required to secure reservations. Payment of balance of
reservation is due in full 14 days prior to date of arrival. Refunds are
available with written cancellation notice received and confirmed through email
at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

• Daily Rental Rates are available with a 4 night min stay, except Orchid Villa is 6 nts

All reservations can be
confirmed with a major credit card. All reservations require an advanced
deposit of 3 nights villa rental plus tax. The credit card information that is
provided to us will be charged the due deposit at the time that the reservation
is made. Full payment of the reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival.
The same credit card that is provided to us will automatically be charged for
the balance of the stay 14 days prior to your date of arrival. Refunds of all
deposits are available provided that your reservation is cancelled 21 days
prior to your reserved date of arrival. 

We DO NOT charge on a perperson basis. ONE FLAT PRICE for the entire Villa.

Four of our other Villas sleep up to Eight(8) people at NO EXTRA PERSON CHARGE. Our one flat rate is for all six people without any surprises of
being charged extra when more than two persons occupy a Villa. ONE FLAT PRICE for the entire Villa.

ORCHID VILLA is a large 575 sq ft one room studio Villa on the second floor & overlooks the pool and gardens. It is our most 'Value Priced' Villa starting at $99 in the summer & sleeps 2 guests.

The following Villas sleep up to 8 people and are all 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Dining Room, Living Room with a large 'pullout Sofa Sleeper' and a full kitchen. With the Sofa
Sleeper in the living room, each Villa sleeps six to eight people.
