Village amenity ID cards are avilable for $50 each and complimentary guest passes.
A $500 reservation fee will be converted to a security/damage deposit upon occupancy.  A cleaning fee of $75 will be deducted.  The balance of the deposit will be refunded if in same condition after occupancy.
Rates include all Taxes, Golf Cart and Cable TV.
