Gorgeous views and fun awaits you in this lovely, light filled home on the water. Walking distance to the Silver Strand beach or Loews luxury resort, our home is on the top floor with cathedral ceilings and beautiful furnishings. With 1860 square feet there is plenty of room for a family or a group of adults.  There are three bedrooms, two with King beds and one with two extra long twin beds. There are also two baths and all linens and towels are included. We have covered parking for two vehicles.

Full Kitchen Including: Refrigerator, Freezer, Oven, Stove, Sink, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cuisinart, Coffee Maker, All Utensils Provided, etc.

Housecleaning every other week, you are responsible for washing linens.

Swim or boat from the adjacent dock or use the heated pool and spa at the clubhouse for no additional charge. You are steps from a charming Bay beach and an easy ten minute walk from the Silver Strand Beach (recently voted the #5 best beach in America). You can also walk to the Loews Coronado Bay Resort where boat, kayak and jet ski rentals are available. In our beautiful Cays community there is tennis, sailing, surfing, kayaking, biking, basketball, playgrounds, fishing and much more. San Diego and it's world class attractions are 15 minutes away across the beautiful Bay Bridge. Coronado Village is 4 minutes away with the Hotel Del, beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants and great shopping.

$3850 per month available October through May.

$1500 refundable security deposit due upon booking.

$150 cleaning fee automatically deducted from deposit.

Payment in full due 30 days prior to occupancy.
