There is truly something for everyone here! Just come and relax, our  
vacation home is located in a quiet residential community. You will  
enjoy a private floating dock where you can cast your rod or taken  
in  
a spectacular Suncoast sunset from the privacy of the large  
adjoining  
fenced-in backyard.  If you have your own boat, you’ll have your  
choice of public ramps all within 2 miles.  If you need a boat, a  
short drive to Skeleton Key Marina or the Port of Hudson Marina and  
enjoy your days on the water with a boat rental.  The deep-water  
canals gives you access to the open gulf within minutes. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The inside features 1130 sq. ft. of extremely clean, well  
maintained,  
beautifully decorated living space. There is new central air/heat  
and  
ceiling fans for your comfort.  The home is tiled and carpeted thru- 
out, with a dining area that seats 6, a very comfortable living  
room,  
bedrooms that are spacious and bright, and an enjoyable Florida room  
with a great view of the water. 
 
Details - Beds: 1 Queen, 2 Twins (push together to make a King) and  
a  
Queen Sofa Bed. All linens and beach towels are provided.  2 TV's,  
full size washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,  
stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, iron & board and  
all  
kitchen amenities.  Basic and inital cleaning supplies & paper  
products are provided. 
 
There is a Garage and off-street parking for 4 cars in the front of  
the home. In the back there is a beautiful patio area with outdoor  
furniture and umbrella, barbeque grill, new large 7 person Master  
Spa  
(brand) spa it's own patio area, and by the canal there is a sea  
wall  
and private floating dock.

Activities and Attractions

Hudson is located at the very top of Tampa Bay area communities. To  
the north is the Florida Nature Coast, and to the south are the  
Suncoast cities of: New Port Richey (15 min), Tarpon Springs (20  
min), Clearwater (30 min), Tampa (40 min) and St. Petersburg (50  
min). 
 
Conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping, golf and other  
activities. For Bird lovers, the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is less  
than a mile away. You can take one of the many biking trails or  
discover the sun, sand and great food on Hudson Beach just 2 miles  
away.  
 
Hudson is just 40 minutes from the Tampa Int’l Airport.  The Tampa  
Bay area offers world-class beaches, shopping and adventure parks  
such as Busch Gardens & Adventure Island.  The Orlando theme  
parks, including Disney World, Universal Studios & Sea World just  
90 minutes away.  Closer to home, 20 minutes south of Hudson is  
Tarpon Springs home of world famous Sponge Docks & Greek Community.   
Travel just 15 minutes north and you can visit the historical Weeki  
Wachee Springs and see the live Mermaid Show or take a scenic  
Riverboat ride. Experience the natural spring water at adjoining  
Buccaneer Bay Waterpark.  
 
As a note, the world famous Bonati Institute for advanced  
arthroscopic surgery is only 5 minutes away from the property.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates in US Funds-All rates, plus FL taxes. 
 
October 2007 thru October 2008 
$560/Week  
$2,100/Month 
Rates based on 1-4 person occupancy 
 
Variable Security Deposit: 
$200 Weekly rental (plus $50 for each additional week) 
$500 Monthly rental 
 
A $75.00 cleaning charge will be assessed against the Security  
Deposit if the permises are not returned in the condition that they  
were received. 
 
Refund of security deposit will be made within fourteen (14) days  
after departure. 
 
A deposit (25%) of the total rental amount (Rental and applicable  
Sales Tax) must be received 7 days after booking in order for the  
time to be guaranteed. The balance if paying by Personal checks is  
required to be received a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to  
arrival  
and must be drawn on a US Bank to allow time for it to clear. And 2  
weeks if paying by certified funds, a bank check or money order. 
 
Weekly Rentals are Saturday’s 3:00 PM EST check-in to Saturday’s  
10:00 AM EST check-out. 
 
There is No Smoking Inside the property!!!  
An ashtray for patio/outside smoking only.  The renter is  
responsible  
for all clean-up, damage and odors occuring as a result of them  
smoking on the premises 
 
No pets please.
