Holiday Winter Rate - Dec 18-Jan 3, 2010:  $395 night (3 night min)

Reg Spring Rate - Apr 18-May30, 2010:  $120 to $170 night (2 night min)

Reg Summer Rate - May 30-Dec 17, 2010: $90 to $170 night (2 night min)

Spring & Summer Holiday Rate:  $145 to $350 night

Exit cleaning fee of $90 is added.  Tax is included in above rates.  Holiday reservations require full payment up-front.  There are no refunds for holiday cancellations.  10% discount is offered for all non-holiday stays of 7+ nights.  A fully refundable $350 security/damage fee is collected when reserved.  Monday thru Wednesday nights are lower nightly rates during non-holiday times.  Rates are subject to change without notice.
