Beautiful home and was an excellent choice for our family to gather. A few small glitches but they were promptly taken care of. The only suggestion I would make is that the kitchen cookware needs to be updated, as well as add a few larger serving bowls. When you have a house full of people, you need some adequate cookware and bowls for serving. We definately would recommend this home for a large group and were very happy and comfortable. A very reasonable rental fee as well. Thank you Iya for a wonderful stay.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Phenomenal Home

What can I say this home was undersold to us. We have stayed in other rental properties and this particular home beats them all. Matter of fact this is the first home that I am actually writing a review for. Definitely would recommend this home to everyone that needs a big rental home that actually makes them feel at home.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers

Yes, we liked our vacation and got the deposit refund. Thank you very much. Below is my feedback.

"This was the second year my three golf buddies and I rented the house for our Florida golf trip. The house is beautiful and the management is very accommodating. The house is very clean and we got the security deposit back very quickly. We highly recommend this rental."
