Monthly rate $2200 (4 month rate plus 6% Lee County Tourist Tax) to $2400 inclusive of utilities and basic cable TV. There is a one time charge of $100.00 for housekeeping charges to be collected at time of arrival. If there are pets, a onetime charge of $100.00 applies for carpet cleaning due upon arrival. This property requires a minimum of three months for rental during high season (November to May).
