Rentals are subject to a 3% county and 6% State Tax----our security is $400 fully refundable if home is left in same order as found.

Deposit of 1/2 the rental fee is required to secure reservation ---the remainder is due 3 weeks before arrival.  Personal checks and cash accepted, no credit card-----If reservation is made 3 weeks prior to arrival payment is needed in full.

All returned checks are suject to a $40 fee.
