Great location for this very nice townhome decorated with beautiful fine art. Walking distance to beach, market, shopping and restaurants. Only 20 minutes to LAX airport, 30 to 40 minutes to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.

3 bedrooms Located upstairs. Master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom, direct tv and dvd. Second bedroom with a queen size bed, direct tv and dvd and the third bedroom has a massage table and an inflatable mattress where you can accomodate 2 people.

There is another full bathroom upstairs and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, blender, oven, toaster, coffee maker.

Dining room for 8 people, living room and patio with BBQ.

Beach toys available (bikes, skates, beach chairs, boogie board, etc).

Beautiful beach.  Redondo beach pier. King harbor.

All kinds of restaurants (Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Italian, American, Etc) all within walking distance.

Shops also within walking distance. 4 to 5 malls just a 10 minute drive away.

Golf and hiking in Palos Verdes which is a 15 minute drive from the house.

Last Minute Getaway!!

We were lucky enough to find this 'gem' for our last minute 4th of July getaway. The condo is beautiful, clean, and had such a warm feeling...amazing! The kitchen area is where we spent most of our time, it was large enough for all of us to cook, play games, and just enjoy one another's company. The patio was small and charming, what a way to enjoy some BBQ and a cocktail! The house is tri-level, and we used it all! There is only one television in the house (2nd bedroom), but honestly we did not miss it at all, truly spent some quality family time in this great home. The walk to the Redondo Beach pier took us all of 15 minutes, what a treat and the 4th of July fireworks show from the pier was the best. We were walking distance to a grocery store, pizza, etc..as this home is one block west of PCH. Claudia the owner was very nice, and provided us with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully very soon!!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

the house was perfect for us, very well equipped for a Family and claudia the owner has been really helpful with all of our requests.
