A+wonderful vacation home in Kentucky Lake

3000 Square foot private lake front home; located 1 mile from Moores.
After entering the front door you will come into the living room with
two leather couches, which is a great place to read and relax. Down
the hall are three uniquely decorated bedrooms with two king and one
queen bedrooms. To the left you enter a full kitchen with large bar
and separte dining area with a table for 8, which can be formal or
informal. Anyone who has rented in the past knows we offer a fully
stocked kitchen. French doors open from the dining area onto a 50
foot covered deck with TV, ceiling fans and a gas
grill. The deck overlooks both the swimming pool and the lake.
main level has 1 1/2 bathrooms. The down stairs has another complete
kitchen with bar and dining area which also has french doors that
lead to a large deck. The down stairs has a large family room with a
TV/VCR/DVD. Around the corner is a full size pool table and two twin
beds. It also has a king size bedroom and one bath. For large groups
or a kid get away, we offer another separte bedroom off the garage
with two twin beds, couch, and TV. This room is available upon
request.

Central air conditioning, cable, two full kitchens fully stocked with
utencils, dishes, and a full array of spices. Gas grill, TVs,
all linens and towels. we have horseshoe
pits, badmitton-set up ready to play, charcoal grill, umbrellas,
plenty of outside seating, front and back decks, very private, gentle
slope to the lake, private dock, good fishing, 1/4 mile from the grocery. 

IGolf, fishing, restaurants,sight seeing, swimming, boating,and
hunting in the fall. Near Land between the lakes, Kentucky Dam Marina
and only 30 minutes from Paducah.

Rental Rates are quoted when we discuss the amount of people that will be staying at our house and the time of year. Off season rates are from Sept. 30 through May 1. Seasonal rates: $350 per night with 5 night minimum,
$325/night for 6/7  nights  for up to 8 people. For groups with more than 8 people call for rates. Call for Holiday rates.
Security deposit of $400 is required and will be returned within 10
days after inspection. P.S. we pride ourselves on offering our house
and feel that we want people to have a great vacation. We only ask
them to leave it like they found it.  The number one response from our guests is that we didn't forget anything .
