We're  located 2 short blocks from the Ritz Carlton at Vanderbilt Beach!

The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, oversized enclosed or open patio. We have a hot tub, 2 swimming pools, tennis, excercise room and more.

We have a 24 hour gated/secure community with plenty of amenities.

The views from the condo are great and the location is fabulous. You'll have nice leather furniture and pecan furniture in the master bedroom. In other words, this is not a typical rental condo.

Being located on the second floor, which is the top floor, allows you to have nice high ceilings in the living area and a very spacious feeling. You won't hear the footsteps of a neighbor. The beautiful tile floors extend out onto the patio which can be closed off or opened to give you 200 more feet of living space than similar condos in Beachwalk.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner from your screened patio. Relax and enjoy the sounds of the fountain in the lake just outside.

Need a more formal dining experience? You'll have a beautiful glass top, glass base 6 chair dining room set. It's conveniently next to the pass through area off the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is full size and it's ready for YOU! Just bring what you like to eat and drink and you're set!

We are located on "the quiet side" of Beachwalk and we're located on the southern portion of the resort which means a closer walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

We are 2 blocks from movies, Publix groceries and shops of all kinds. We're also 2 blocks from the public library, police and fire department, city park and more.

Need more? The world class STRADA at Mercato plaza is 2 1/2 blocks away. Great reastaurants, bars and shopping are located here. Whole Foods as well.

We're right in the middle of everything yet....secluded and secure.
