O.K. so you're searching the websites for your next Myrtle Beach get away. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and affordable place to stay, our unit is for you.  With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths we are perfect for families.  The location in a golf resort makes us great for golfers as well.  Our off season rates are comparable or lower than 2 bedroom units! This is our personal condo that we use and rent to friends and family. We have included all the amenities of home.

The unit is 3 years old, newly furnished this summer and new to the rental market. There is an elevator in the building of this 3rd floor corner unit with a beautiful balcony view overlooking the lake and swimming pool. One king bed and two queen beds, comfortably sleeps 6. There are 4 flat screen TVs with built in DVD players. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to eat in, and there are several designated charcoal grill areas for the more eager cooks.

Ample sheets and towels are provided as well as a full size washer/dryer, iron & board. Extras such as board games, cards, DVDs, Playstation, reading material, small CD player, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.

Our "off season" rate is $80 per night including taxes!  A security deposit of $100 for nightly and weekly rates is required. There is 2 night minimum stay. We accept credit cards via Paypal or personal checks.

An entry code will be given prior to your arrival. No keys to keep up with and no lengthy check-in process!

Motorcycles, trailers, RVs & sportscraft are not allowed in the complex however, parking is available at the front office.

This is a non smoking unit.

No pets, sorry my son is highly allergic.

Location can't be beat!! Magnolia Pointe is the new development located in Myrtlewood Villas off 48th Ave., 1 mile to Broadway at the Beach. Minutes drive to Myrtle Waves, Nascar Speedpark, Palace Theatre, Dixie Stampede, The Convention Center, Carolina Opry, MagicQuest and Ripley's Aquarium just to name a few. The ocean is 1.5 miles away with many public access areas. Magnolia Pointe is located in the center of all the beach has to offer yet in a relaxing setting.
