This brand new ocean front condo is located just a few blocks north of Belmont Park near Jersey Ct. The unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds. The upper bedroom has a flat screen TV. The living room is located on the ground floor with great ocean/beach viewing and equipped with a full size fold out couch, large flat screen TV, and iHome speaker system!
Kitchen is fully stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances and ocean views! There is a mini bar for dining as well as a dining table for 4. Unit is located on the boardwalk with a nice sized shared ground floor patio with BBQ and huge private 2nd level deck on the east side of the house wired with music speakers and complete with patio furniture and lounge chairs. Unit comes with 1 reserved, covered parking spot. Washer/Dryer in unit.
Unit is part of a 4 unit complex all owned and managed by SFT Realty so if more rooms are needed please contact us. To reserve several units you can book each separately from our online booking site. Be sure to check individual calendars to ensure units are available before you start booking.
