  rates are based on double occupancy of 8 or 12 people (4 or 6
  bedroom rental, respectively). Additional per person charges of
  $50/night/person may apply. Sales taxes, civic assessments and maid
  service are not included in the above rates. No Pets.
  
  Cancellations accepted up to 60 days prior to arrival (120 days for
  Holidays), less handling fee. No refunds after 60 days prior or 120
  day prior for Holidays, unless space is rebooked for the entire
  original time frame. A $1500 refundable security deposit is
  required.
