The Beaver Mountain Retreat Vacation Home is a custom 6 bedroom, 6 
1/2 bath single family home situated inside exclusive Beaver Creek 
Resort on the 4th green of the Beaver Creek Golf Course in a quiet 
residential setting.  
  
Serviced by Beaver Creek's complimentary shuttle, our guests are 
chauffeured from our driveway directly to the slopes, restaurants or 
shopping.

With a spacious floor plan that facilitates any gathering, this 3 
level, 4700 sq.ft. home is graciously appointed in a unique blend of 
European and Western, log-accented styling. 

(Home may be available as a 4 bedroom rental.  Restrictions and 
black out periods may apply.  Call for availability and terms.)

4 Bedroom rentals do not include the caretaker lock-off.  The above 
rates are based on double occupancy of 8 or 12 people (4 or 6 
bedroom rental, respectively). Additional per person charges of 
$50/night/person may apply.  Sales taxes, civic assessments and maid 
service are not included in the above rates.  No Pets.
  
Cancellations accepted up to 60 days prior to arrival (120 days for 
Holidays), less handling fee.  No refunds after 60 days prior or 120 
day prior for Holidays, unless space is rebooked for the entire 
original time frame.  A $1500 refundable security deposit is 
required.
