Sea Winds is unique on the beach. The complex offers a large pool
and jacuzzi. We are located on the beach next to the private
boardwalk to the beach, and the pool is located just
around the corner. We have one of the few townhouse units, and it
offers 1240 sq/ft with a two story layout. The center of historic
St. Augustine is only a mile or so away, but we offer a peaceful
retreat away from the hustle of the city's center.
Our unit is definitely one of the nicest on the beach. We
completely renovated in Dec 2004, and we spared no expense so you
would be comfortable during your stay with us. Comfort is what our
unit is all about.
As you enter our unit you'll find the utility room and the half bath
tucked away on your right just inside the garage. All flooring in
the downstairs is travertine marble. Our kitchen is next on your
right and it has all the normal amenities.
The dining room/living room area is next. I have to say that our
couch and recliner chair are the most comfortable on the beach! I
know we'll have repeat guests just because you'll want to come back
to the couch again. The TV is on a rotating stand so you can easily
view it from any spot downstairs - even the kitchen! We have a new
electric fireplace for those romantic moments, and outside the
sliding doors are the patio (with nice table and gas grill), lagoon
with fountain and the pool/jacuzzi.
To the left of the kitchen is the stairway to the upstairs where the
two bedrooms and other two baths are located. The master bedroom is
large, has plenty of closet space, and it has it's own brand new
private balcony with a great view of the
pool and an oceanview. The 2nd bedroom has a pull out double twin
bed (trumble bed). There is room on the floor to sleep two more if
necessary. There is also a sundeck/patio off this room that has
just been renovated with premium Trek decking.
This is a wonderful place to spend a weekend, week, or even months
at a time. We have such a great time when we stay I find it hard to
even come home at all! We hope that you enjoy our unit as much as
we do and we hope your first stay will be the first of many stays

Everything is new as of December 2004 - One car garage, fridge,
oven, microwave, toaster oven, disposal, dining table with room for
six, a incredibly comfortable double seat recliner sofa, a recliner
chair that's the same make as the sofa, a electric fireplace, a
rocking chair, a gas grill, two(brand new decks as of Feb 2006), a
patio with nice table with room for six outside the first floor back
sliding doors, a 27" TV and separate DVD downstairs on a rotating TV
stand for easy viewing, a 20" TV in the master bedroom, and a 15" TV
with separate DVD in the 2nd bedroom. Every room has a ceiling fan.
The back yard of our unit is a lagoon with fountain.

You are only a few minutes from historical downtown St. Augustine.
Local attractions include: Castillo de San Marcos, Fort Matanzas,
The Alligator Farm, The Original Ripley''s Believe it or Not Museum,
Potters Wax Museum, The 3D Theatre, Marineland, Outlet Malls, Ghost
Walks, Trolley and Walking Tours, Horse drawn Carriage Rides,
Historical Museums, more than 30 Art Galleries. Regular Spanish and
English historical Reenactments are held in the town square
depending on the time of year. World famous shopping is available on
quaint cobblestone St. George Street and the 4 square miles of
historic district. The Fountain of Youth Archeology Park, Golf and
World Golf Village are very nearby. Sport and Surf Fishing, Sailing,
Windsurfing, Parasailing, along with kayaking, both ocean and
intracoastal, 2 national and 1 state park, and countless gourmet
restaurants are right on the island and just across the Bridge of
Lions in old St. Augustine.
When you want to go into the historic district make sure you park in
the newly constructed (July 06) Historic Downtown Parking Facilty.
With over 1,200 parking spaces it is only two blocks away fom all
the historic attractions, shooping and resturants.
Some of our favorite restaurants are right near us on the beach so
make sure to stop by the Sunset Grill, Mangos, and A1 in town right
by the Lions bridge.
1/1/07 - this trip we ate at Barnacle Bills - good food, so-so
atmosphere. The South Beach Grill - again good food and this was
more beachy. The Wildflower Cafe had a great breakfast. If you
like a sweet breakfast, this is for you. My wife had the Vermont
French Toast (bananas and walnuts) and she is still talking about it
two days later. The Oasis breakfast was just not that good. It was
the only place open though so we didn't have a choice! We will
update our list of recommended ones as we enjoy what they have to
offer.

These are our lowest rates ever. During these harder times we want
you to be able to take a nice vacation and for us to stay rented!
June 1st-Aug 14th (Summer Rates): $900 week - $130 night
Aug 15th-Sept 30th & Feb 1st-May 31st: $700 weekly - $1900 monthly -
$100.00 per night
Oct 1st-Nov 30th: $600 weekly - $1700 monthly - $90 per night
Dec 1st-Jan 31st: $600 weekly - $1700 monthly - $90 per night

Cleaning and Registration is $110 + 9% Florida Tax
Rates are subject to change without notice until bookings are
completed. We always want to have guests, and we will not be beat
on our rental rates on any comparable unit on the East Side of A1A
