Our oceanfront condo located in Sunny Isles Beach lies between the
flowing Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. In the center
of it all, yet a world apart, this tropical barrier island surrounds
you with the best of everything, including world class shopping.

This fully equipped, recently remodeled vacation studio is situated
directly on the ocean with 400 feet of beautiful sandy beach in Sunny
Isles which is the northern section of Miami Beach.  You have the view of the beach directly from your private window. 

Golden Beach homes to your left. Located just minutes from famous South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Lincoln Road, theatres, grocery stores, nightclubs and world famous restaurants.

 Accommodations include two queen size beds,and a sofa bed, cable Tv with DVD/VCR player, a stereo radio, two closets, a fully equipped kitchen with, refrigerator, stove, microwave convection oven, large pantry and plenty of storage space

Ocean Terrace Restaurant, Poolside Tiki Bar and Grill, Pizzeria,
Sports Bar,gym,steam room,sauna room, beauty salon, air conditioning, cable tv, WIFI Free Internet, 24 hour Valet parking, concierge and security guarded
doors for your safety. Towels, bed linens, and service for 4 are
provided with the added convenience of a laundry room on the hotel
premises.

Bal Harbour Shops are located just ten minutes south on Collins
Avenue; Aventura Mall and theatres are just two minutes west on
Biscayne Boulevard; Various restaurants and continental bistros
offer a variety of fine dining within the surrounding area, including
world famous Ocean Drive on South Beach and Lincoln Road.
On site we have a heated Olympic size swimming pool along with a
children's pool; Poolside fitness center with sauna and steam rooms
and live entertainment on weekends at the Poolside Tiki Bar and Grill.

Rates are as follows: $650/wk or $1,750/mo + 13% Tax; Rates are
negotiable when reservations are for more than one month.
A Condominium Application fee of $100.00 is required for a Hotel
Identification Card which is to be used for daily valet parking for
one car and all hotel amenities.
A $250 deposit is required with the application which will be
refunded within 7 days after an inspection of the
premises has been performed.
** Advance payment is required in U.S. currency in the form of
Cashier's check or money order and must be received 7 days before
arrival date.
