This 3 Bedroom Condo is right in the middle of all the action. It is 
in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. Our condo is nested in 
the woods of Settlers Green OVP Outlet Center in North Conway, NH. 
If you walk out the doors and about 50 feet you will be stepping on 
the Settler's Green OVP property where there are over 75 outlets. 
Within walking distance (less then 1 mile) there is a McDonalds, 
Burger King, 99 Restaurant, Applebee's, a really awesome Italian 
restaurant (Bellini's). The condo is designed for vacation rental. 
This means that everything you need... sheets, towels, plates, bowls 
and forks are included. This is a very clean condo and was just 
remodeled. We even provide the shampoo, bubbles for the tub and all 
soap you will need. We spent over $50,000 in remodeling it with new 
floors, custom tiles, furniture, kitchen counter tops and more. This 
condo is amazing AND also a short drive to fun spots such as Story 
Land 7min drive. The housekeepers are very friendly and can answer 
almost any question for you.

Settler's Green OVP property is where there is over 75 outlet 
stores including... Nike, Gap, Old Navy, Factory Brand Shoes, Norm 
Thomspon, Brookstone, J. Jill, Bombay & Company, J. Crew, Lindt 
Chocolates and much more!
 

Fun Stuff: There are tons of things to do in the MWV area. If you 
have never been here, there is endless amounts of things to. As 
mentioned there is shopping (100+ shopping stores located within 1 
miles). In the winter there is over 6 different ski mountains to 
ski, snow board, cross country ski at including Wildcat, Cranmore
(within 1 miles), Black Mt, King Pine, Bretton Woods, Attitash and 
Shawnee Peak. In the summer there is also golfing, boating, 
canoeing, white water rafting, Story Land, site seeing, Clarks 
Trading Post and much more. Just look at the list.
 
This unit has 3 bedrooms and has one bathroom. It is located on 
Willie Court which is accessed through the roads of Settlers Green 
Outlet Village Plus. The condo is designed for vacation rental. This 
means that you there are clean sheets, towels, plates, bowls, forks 
and almost everything you will need. It is cleaned once a week or 
per stay. The condo was just remodeled. Please take a look at the 
pictures. The condo is air conditioned as well.
