Villa De Palmas in Siesta Key

This two bedroom, two bath villa is tastefully decorated, fully
furnished and in a great location. Our villa is right across the
street from the Southern tip of Crescent Beach. We have easy beach
access which takes you right to "point of rocks" it is the best
place on the island for snorkeling. It is the only area on Siesta
Key with coral rock formations in shallow water (3-6 ft deep), it's
an excellent place to explore and see many types of fish and sealife
without venturing too far from shore.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed and master bath
Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed
Full kitchen with all dishes/utensils/cookware
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker & teapot.
Fresh bed linens, beach towels etc.
Air conditioning, Laundry facility in pool clubhouse,
Cable TV, 2TV's with DVD players, telephone
heated pool, covered carport and screened lanai.

Siesta Key has many activities available which include swimming,
snorkeling,boating, biking, para sailing, beach fishing,deep sea
fishing and much more. Siesta Key is just over the bridge from
Sarasota where you may enjoy many activities such as golf, concerts,
museums and airboat rides. We also very close to Myakka state park,
Selby botanical gardens, Mote marine aquarium, Ringling circus
museum and much more.

January and April....$700/ week

December 15th thru Dec. 30th 700.00/week
May thru December 14th...$575.00 / week

Add 100.00 for cleaning
Add 11% Florida tourist tax


$300.00 reservation / security deposit. Check in time: 3pm
Must check out on last day of rental by 10am
