Enjoy your stay in this clean, four bedroom/two bath home with relaxing sparkling private HEATED play pool.  It is a vacation home away from home! This home offers plenty of rooms for big family vacationers or a large group (beds for 8, sleeps 10 with an air matress).

The large master's bedroom includes a California king-sized bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen HD TV with DVD player, private bath and tub with jets. The second guest room includes king-sized bed and closet. The third and fourth guest rooms have queen-sized beds with closets and dressers.  Beautiful linens, towels, kitchen utensils and utilities are provided.

Kitchen area with new, sleek appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook with a four-person table.  Kitchen appliances include a double door fridge with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave and dish washer. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, large crock pot, plates, dishes, pans and all the accessories you would need, including lots of extra space in cabinets. 

The house is also extremely kid-friendly with several amenities to make it easier traveling with kids.  Two strollers, booster car seat, high chair, Bumbo, kid bowls, spoons and plates, pack and play, baby monitor, sippy cups, small cups with straws are all provided!

The impressive dining room also includes a table that seats six.  Enjoy the gorgeous heated and pool and patio area - swim in the sparkling fenced pool while grilling out on the patio and dine outside at six-person patio table.

The living area has plush, comfortable couches around a large flat-screen HD TV and DVD player.  Also, an additional area has two comfortable rocking chairs for quieter conversations or family game time.  The entire house is stylishly decorated - you will not be disappointed!

For your comfort and enjoyment, our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and also includes a washer and dryer for your everyday needs. 

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood of Arrowhead Ranch, surrounded by large green landscaping, 10 minutes away from the Westgate shopping area (which includes a popular venue for concerts), the Cardinals (University of Phoenix) Stadium.  The house is located within 10 minutes of the major league baseball spring training facility (Peoria Sports Complex) for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners or just a little further to the new White Sox spring training area. It is an ideal location, close to golf courses, Arrowhead and Westgate shopping malls, quick access to 101 Loop Freeway, 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and 45 minutes or less to any Phoenix-area spring training baseball team.

Glendale, Arizona is a residential community west of Phoenix and is located in the Northwest part of the Valley of the Sun. Here are some places you might like to visit in Glendale:

Jobing Arena – There are many concerts and shows held at the Jobing Arena each year, and, of course, The Phoenix Coyotes play professional NHL hockey there.

University of Phoenix Stadium (formerly Cardinals Stadium) - Home of the Arizona Cardinals, the Fiesta Bowl, and the BCS Championship Game, as well as many conventions and trade shows. The public can even take a guided tour of the stadium on non-game days.

Westgate City Center - is a shopping and entertainment destination adjacent to Jobing Arena and University of Phoenix Stadium. Although there are several stores there, it is known more for the restaurants and bars, as well as for the fountains and entertainment events.

Camelback Ranch - joins the list of West Valley sports venues in 2009. The Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox share the stadium during Spring Training Baseball season.

Historic Saguaro Ranch - Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, Sahuaro Ranch is just north of downtown Glendale. Built in 1885, there are 17 ranch buildings available to be toured on this 17 acre property which also includes a rose garden.  

That Thursday Thing! - Walk the streets of Historic Downtown Glendale on Thursday evenings from October through May. Shop "Arizona's Antique Capital," visit the Caitlin Court Historic District, enjoy the street performers, take carriage rides, and more.

Cerreta Candy Company - Take a special guided tour of this family-owned hometown candy factory. They’ll show you how a sea of caramel becomes wrapped tempting taste treats. Learn how cream centers are enrobed in luscious chocolate. These tours are about 30 minutes long and are offered Monday through Friday.

Cabela’s - Half huge retailer and half tourist attraction, this store for the hunting and fishing folks has a museum, an aquarium, and other attractions inside. Cabela's is located within walking distance from the Glendale Arena, and within about a mile of Cardinals Stadium.

White Tank Mountain Regional Park - Not technically in Glendale, it's a few miles west but is well worth mentioning here. There are about 21 miles of of hiking and biking trails at all levels of difficulty. Waterfall Trail, suitable for kids, is a favorite and leads to Petroglyph Plaza.

Glendale Xeriscape Botanical Garden - Considered one of the best demonstration gardens in the state, the garden has over 1,000 varieties of desert plants on about 4 acres. The walking paths of the garden are open every day, and there is no charge. Want some ideas for your yard? This is the place to go!

The Bead Museum - This unique museum was founded in 1984 by Gabrielle Liese and houses an international collection of over 100,000 beads and beaded artifacts. The museum features permanent and changing exhibitions, and education and outreach programs of lectures, tours, and classes for the visitor.

Arrowhead Towne Center - If you want to shop or eat or go to a movie, this is the place for you. One of the newer malls in the greater Phoenix area, it is located in northern Glendale at 75th Avenue and Bell Road.

Thunderbird Park - There are about 1,000 acres of desert preserve here, the only mountain preserve in Glendale. Major jogging trails and bike trails are here, along with horseback riding and picnicking opportunities. Here is a listing of all the parks in Glendale, along with a map so you can find them.

Glendale Chocolate Affaire - Chocoholics everywhere descend on Glendale for the sweetest event in the area. Each February this free event is held at Murphy Park in Downtown Historic Glendale.

Glendale Glitters - When the winter holidays roll around Glendale likes to celebrate in a big way. The huge holiday lights display lasts for about two months. Special events include Enchanted Evenings, with family-oriented activities, rides, crafts and entertainment, and the Balloon Glow and Block Party.
