This second floor unit is located in a well-maintained 4 unit building and has onsite laundry, single car garage and offstreet parking. The unit has newly installed air conditioning to take the sweat off those hot and humid summer days. This property is located a half block from the Tamarack Beach Resort. A minimum 4 night stay is required to reduce the turnover of the unit.
