Vacation Rental Description

Vacation Rentals Description:  
The villa is situated in a country location just 20 miles  from the  
attractions.  
The garden is fully enclosed ensuring complete privacy. 
There are two lounges, the family lounge has Cable TV, VCR and DVD   
(also provided is a quantity of DVDs and videos).  
The main lounge as a stereo system for those quiet moments.  
There is a telephone in the kitchen/ family lounge area with local  
calls free.  
Apart from the master bedroom there are three other bedrooms, one   
with a double bed and two with twin beds.  
In one of these bedrooms there is a TV/Video so that  
children can watch a variety of the provided DVD/Video entertainment. 
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite shower room,  
Cable  TV with VCR/DVD and a telephone extension. 
There is a family bathroom that serves the 3 guest rooms and has a   
direct link to the Pool. 
The pool (approx 30' X 16') as solar assisted heating but can also  
be  electrically heated at a charge of $80 per week, it is fully  
screened  and faces west and so has the sun virtually all day (Fully  
from 09:30 am till sunset).  
The patio area is covered so that in the heat of the day, respite  
from the sun if required can be found.  
There is ample room for the 4 sunloungers to be used on the pool  
side.  
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area, including:-   
fridge/freezer/full cooking range/ micro wave/dishwasher/garbage   
disposal. 
Full air conditioning and central heating.  
There is a Double garage and off street parking.  
A utility room with washer and dryer machines. 
All linen provided and maid service after your stay.

The villa is situated in the town of Poinciana and is less than 2  
minutes away from a range of shops.  
It as a Wynn Dixie, PUBLIX and has just seen the opening of a full  
size Wal Mart there are a number of restaurants and fast food  
outlets. 
Golfing, biking, hiking, and all the major attractions  
Fishing  
Kissimmee is known as the Bass Capital USA. Just down the road from  
us is Lake Toho. The Marina rents boats and guide's can be arranged  
for half or a full day of fishing on Florida's chain of lakes   
system.   
These lakes offer trophy fishing for bass, crappies, channel catfish  
and huge bluegills. If fishing is on your agenda for your vacation,  
this area is one you don't want to miss.

Activities and Attractions

Activities and Attractions around Kissimmee Florida:  
Being set in this country location our home has plenty of local   
activities:- 
The Poinciana Nature study centre is 5 minutes away and offers   
numerous trails winding through natural swampland offering  
beautiful  views out on to the lake. 
It is less than 2 minutes by car to:  
The Stonegate Golf Club at the Solivita Gated Community, and there  
are several other golf courses a bit further away in  various  
directions) 
 The Disney Wilderness Preserve with its hiking  trails and  
opportunities for spotting wildlife. 
About 10 minutes’ drive will take you to: 
 Riding stables and 750 acres of woodland trails to explore on  
horseback 
•Southport on Lake Tohopekaliga where you can fish or take airboat   
rides. 
Disney World is a 30-minute drive away up scenic Poinciana   
Boulevard, over the 192 and left onto either the Osceola Parkway 
(ideal for Magic kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM and Blizzard Beach) or  
straight on for the 535 (to Epcot, Downtown Disney and all other  
attractions).
